My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of the North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association and the National Association of Certified Home inspectors and have been trained through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute.

I am certified by the National Environmental Health Association - National Radon Proficiency Program as a Radon Residential Measurement Provider (Click here for certification).

I am a licensed general contractor in North Carolina and I have many years of experience rehabbing homes. My "hands on training" as a contractor gives me added insight into inspecting homes.

I have lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years and have been involved in construction and engineering for 30 years. I also have an Electrical Engineering degree and a methodical engineer's mindset. My experience allows me to use my skills wisely and gives me the special ability to find problems.
