My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of The National Association of Certified Home inspectors and have been trained through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute.

I am a licensed general contractor in North Carolina and I have many years of experience rehabbing homes. My "hands on training" as a contractor gives me added insight into inspecting homes.

I have lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years and have been involved in construction and engineering for 30 years. I also have an Electrical Engineering degree and a methodical engineer's mindset. My experience allows me to use my skills wisely and gives me the special ability to find problems.
